Description Of Chip Terminations
high power terminations available in very small packages. They can be used in applications from DC to 26.5 GHz and can handle up to 300 Watts of power. They are matched to 50 Ohms and have a VSWR of 1.3:1. The terminations are made using a thin film gold substrate. They are ideal for military and space applications because of teir high power handling capacity, broad frequency range and small size.
